It would depend on coaching, schemes, schedule, s&c and other factors


Recruiting talented players is one component of success on the football field but I know that coaching, schemes, a favorable schedule, strength & conditiong and other factors all play a role.

I think Tech might have a better chance at a more talented roster after 4 straight top 10 classes but it would depend on attrition. A lot of talented four star qb's came to Tech and did not develop under the CornFU offense. I don't think the former coaches would have coached up the players and have schemes that could win against other opponents with equal or more talent.
